Dorin Wigs is a growing company specializing in premium custom wigs and hair solutions. We proudly serve both private clients and wholesale partners, with a strong focus on helping women experiencing medical hair loss.

We are looking for a compassionate, organized, and professional individual who wants to grow with our company and become an important part of our long-term team.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with both private and wholesale clients
• Schedule consultations and follow up with clients
• Assist with the daily operations of the store
• Inventory management and organization
• Receipts, administrative tasks, and record keeping
• Deliver outstanding customer service in a warm and professional manner
• Support clients throughout their experience with care and compassion

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Comfortable working with computers and basic office software
• Experience in customer service, sales, administration, beauty, medical office, or hospitality is a plus
• Experience with inventory or office management is a plus
• Spanish is a plus, but not required

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Sunday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
