Client Services Executive

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Ireland's fastest growing companies in the payments industry. The role of the Client Service Executive is to effectively manage and process applications for Merchant Service Accounts by working with the Sales Team and our partners. All while delivering the highest level of customer service. The right candidate should be ambitious, focused on delivering the best possible service and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Sales Team on processing new Merchant Services Applications.
  • Completing and checking application documentation and paperwork.
  • Managing suppliers to ensure new applications are processed per service level agreements.
  • Handling inbound customer service calls and queries through to resolution efficiently & effectively whilst maintaining excellent customer service
  • To keep the customer informed while their query is being resolved in accordance with company KPI’s.
  • To efficiently and professionally respond to all general customer service / sales support requests wherever needed.
  • Manage and update CRM system ensuring completeness and accuracy of relevant opportunities.
  • Taking appropriate responsibility to process confidential information in a secure manner.
  • Managing postal and courier duties.
  • General office administration tasks.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience within a call centre or customer service environment including inbound and outbound calls is preferable but not essential.
  • Previous experience of work in the financial services or payment processing industries would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, and to be a contributing team player.
  • Communication skills – excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer focused and professional attitude is essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and CRM skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €25,000.00-€30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Rathfarnham, Dublin, CO. Dublin D14N260: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Work authorisation:

  • Ireland (required)

Work Location: In person
