Client Services Executive

Job Summary:

How a day in the life of a Client Services Executive looks like:

• Assist the project team in implementing events/projects on-site
• Communicate with clients from event preparation to planning and execution
• Manage clients' expectations regarding project, event, or exhibition
• Service existing clients by understanding their requirements
• Attend events to gain a good understanding of current trends
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, coordinating communication between them and internal teams.
• Gather client feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall service quality.
• Request payment and invoices from clients and suppliers, respectively
• Develop cost reports for approval
• Develop and submit project reports after event completion

Qualities of a Client Services Executive we are looking for:

• Degree / Local diploma in Hospitality / Tourism Management / Business or equivalent
• 1 to 3 years of experience in account servicing preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Well-versed in Microsoft Word / Excel / Project
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and industry changes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
