The Opportunity

Within the global marketing organization our Solutions Marketing& Commercial Academy chapter drives impactful marketing and commercial capability building programs to strengthen commercial skills and excellence across Diagnostics (target audiences: Marketing, Sales, Consulting). We are passionate about life long learning and differentiating ourselves against competition by upskilling our commercial teams to become best in class marketers, sellers and consultants. In your role as an intern with us you will be involved in existing or upcoming commercial excellence initiatives.

• Supporting our excellence areas (Marketing, Sales, Consulting) to develop capability-building framework based on training needs analysis.
• Collaborate with our learning process managed to ensure a smooth transition of learning content from our existing to future Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone, Edcast)
• Conduct and analyze surveys from target learner groups to understand their business needs.
• Drive and implement specific projects together with the respective excellence team members in coordination with external vendors
• Drive communication on the web site and other channels to increase awareness and adoption of global commercial educational offerings to increase usability.
• Support various operational tasks including campaign monitor, mass email invites, google meets and facilitation tools.
• Use digital capabilities to transform raw data into valuable insights; influence and drive future ways of working in the area of data analytics, success measurement; support the team to take decisions based on data and insights.

Who You Are

You are enrolled or have recently completed your Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing or Communication (focus on digital ways of working), Business Psychology, or Consultancy studies at a university, preferably in the field of Learning& Education and are interested in applying your digital capabilities in a modern working environment as part of an internship.

• Interest and/or experience in adult learning (required)
• Interest in current commercial excellence and learning trends (preferred).
• Interest in platform management and shaping (preferred)
• Independent, reliable, and precise working style (required)
• Experience in project management and working with external partners/vendors (preferred)
• Strong digital, AI and analytical skills with the ability to draw insights and recommendations from data (preferred)
• Passion to work in a multicultural environment (required)
• Communication and presentation skills, fluency in written and spoken English are required, additional languages are welcome

Additional Information:

• Please note, due to regulations, non-EU/EFTA citizens must provide a certificate from the university stating that an internship is mandatory as part of the application documents, and must be continuously enrolled in their university for the whole duration of this internship.
• Part-time employment is not possible.
• Interviews will take place during May/June 2026.
• It is not possible to write a thesis during the internship.
