Urban Glow Cleaning Solutions is looking for experienced Commercial & Post-Construction Cleaners to join our core team in New York City. We are searching for reliable, detail-oriented professionals who take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization across a wide variety of facilities, including corporate offices, medical and dental suites, retail spaces, fitness centers/gyms, daycares, and hospitality venues (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and deep surface disinfection).
• Perform heavy-duty post-construction and renovation cleanups (dust mitigation, sticker/paint scraping, and detailing surfaces for client hand-off).
• Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, polishing, and carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation by properly disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.

• Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
• Assist with custodial tasks like trash removal and organizing storage areas to keep environments tidy.

• Demonstrate exceptional punctuality and reliability in completing assigned cleaning tasks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning, post-construction cleanup, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques including sanitation standards and floor care procedures.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, bending, and reaching (highly necessary for construction sites).
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Familiarity with safety guidelines related to the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Honest, trustworthy, and able to work seamlessly in small teams.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Schedule

• Part-Time / On-Call / Project-Based
• Shift availability varies by project (typically 4 to 8-hour shifts).
• Day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts are available.

Compensation

• Starting at $20-$22/hour
• Pay rates may vary higher based on more labor-intensive or complex projects.
• Pay increases are based on performance, punctuality, and quality reviews.
