Role Summary
The Community Coordinator will represent the brand and nurture a vibrant creative community. This role is responsible for managing the company’s social media presence and creating compelling content that reflects our values and vision. Through clear communication, engaging storytelling, and consistent brand representation, the position drives awareness, audience growth, and lasting loyalty.
Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
- Plan, create, and publish high-quality, visually compelling content across all social media platforms that aligns with the company’s brand voice and goals.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, product drops, and community events.
- Spot and leverage cultural moments, trends, and challenges that align with the brand, and participate in them.
- Attend shoots, events, or activations to capture real-time content when needed.
- Ensure all content is delivered on time and maintains consistent quality.
Social Media Management
- Manage all social media platforms to maintain a consistent, engaging, and visually strong brand presence.
- Plan and execute campaign calendars that highlight product launches, artist features, and community stories.
- Monitor performance metrics and generate regular reports on engagement, reach, and audience insights.
- Identify emerging trends, tools, and creative formats to keep content innovative and relevant.
Community Engagement
- Build and nurture an engaged online community.
- Respond promptly and authentically to comments, messages, and community feedback.
- Coordinate and manage collaborations, giveaways, and community campaigns.
- Organize and support live events that foster community participation when needed.
Qualification
- 2–4 years’ experience in social media management, content creation, or community coordination.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Meta Suite) and analytics platforms.
- Experience with photo and video editing (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative and relatable tone.
- Passion for contemporary art, design, and creative culture.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
