DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

I. MEDICAL MATTERS

1. Prioritizes/Schedules employees wanting to avail of the company physician’s services in accordance with the urgency of the sickness/circumstances.

2. Obtains and records the vital signs of patients prior to the doctor’s examination.

3. Records complaints of the patient before endorsement to the physician.

4. Prepares/maintains/updates the regular employee’s medical record for future references.

5. Issues/follows-up referral slips to employees who were asked to have a chest examination by the Company Physician.

6. Signs in the Undertime Form (reason due to sickness) /Sick Leave Form of employees in the absence of the physician.

7. Maintains/Organizes the stocks of medicine in the clinic to ensure availability in cases of illnesses or emergencies.

8. Monitors and controls the requisitioning, dispensing, and accounting of all medical supplies and makes out a written report on such.

9. Entertains and responds accurately/completely to the questions of employees and inquiries regarding SSS benefits or medical matters.

10. Cares for employees needing medical attention and attends to their needs while in the company premises.

11. Performs emergency treatment/management to employees as well as first aid treatment to employees and customers.

12. Computes the amount of payment to be reimbursed to the employee.

13. Other related tasks as assigned.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
