Construction Manager

Project Management & Construction Supervision

l Oversee the overall planning, scheduling, and execution of the solar farm project.

l Ensure compliance with project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.

l Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure smooth project implementation.

l Monitor construction progress, identifying and resolving potential issues proactively.

l Conduct risk assessment and implement mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Coordination

l Act as the primary liaison between CHINT Philippines and various stakeholders including NGCP, LGUs, contractors, and local communities.

l Coordinate with designing contractors to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulatory standards.

l Work with LGUs and community leaders to facilitate project approvals and site-related matters.

l Manage third-party service providers and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals.

Regulatory & Compliance

l Ensure that all project activities comply with national and local regulations, including environmental and safety standards.

l Work closely with the regulatory bodies to secure necessary permits and approvals.

l Address and resolve any compliance-related issues during project execution.

Internal Coordination & Reporting

l Collaborate with internal departments including procurement, marketing, finance, technical, and engineering teams to support project needs.

l Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior management.

l Maintain detailed project documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Project Development Support

l Assist in feasibility studies, site selection, and project due diligence.

l Support the development of technical proposals, project plans, and budget estimates.

l Work with the marketing and finance teams to evaluate project profitability and investment feasibility.

Identify and evaluate potential challenges in the early stages of project development and propose effective solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
