Construction Manager

Location: Metro Manila and Laguna Area
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Construction Manager to oversee and manage multiple construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to turnover
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Review plans, specifications, and project requirements
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports
Resolve on-site issues and implement corrective actions when needed
Lead and supervise project engineers, site supervisors, and other staff
Handle procurement planning and cost control

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred)
Minimum of 5–10 years experience in construction project management
Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and cost control
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in project management tools and MS Office
