Construction Site Manager – Athlone

Fittra Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead construction projects in Athlone. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to join a growing team delivering high-quality commercial and residential developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day site operations from start to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct site meetings and provide progress updates to management.
• Resolve on-site issues efficiently while maintaining productivity.
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, building regulations, and health & safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Valid Safe Pass; additional site management certifications are an advantage.
• Full clean driving licence preferred.
