Duties

• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, assembling, and cooking ingredients
• Handle food safely by following proper hygiene protocols and storage procedures
• Serve customers efficiently, taking orders accurately and delivering prompt service
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment
• Ensure all food handling complies with health regulations and safety guidelines
• Support team members during busy hours to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Restock supplies as needed to ensure availability of ingredients and utensils

Skills

• Experience in food service, including serving or food handling roles
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and kitchen workflows
• Strong understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service times
• Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not required
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
