Coordinator Spray Painter

You maintain oversight, supervise execution, support colleagues where needed, and ensure structure, quality, and safety. Thanks to your efforts, you and your team can work efficiently and in accordance with the correct procedures.

Your responsibilities include:

• Spraying (paint processing) of trailers or components
• Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with applicable procedures and agreements
• Providing guidance and supporting colleagues in their tasks
• Ensuring a tidy, safe, and environmentally conscious workplace
• Actively contributing to a disruption-free production process
• Maintaining the spray booths
• Coordinating progress with the team leader and making adjustments to meet planning targets

You will work in a 2-shift system:

Morning shift: 06:00 – 15:00 Evening shift: 14:45 – 23:59 (until 20:00 on Fridays)
