What you will do

• Oversee onboarding for customers, subcontractors, and vendors, including credit evaluations, compliance documentation, ERP setup, and CRM/Airtable workflow management.
• Manage lien compliance and insurance requirements, ensuring timely filings, COIs, waivers, and adherence to state regulations.
• Monitor and manage the accounts receivable portfolio, including aging analysis, collections, dispute resolution, and escalation to leadership or legal when necessary.
• Oversee daily and monthly financial reporting, reconciliations, and account maintenance to ensure accuracy and alignment with accounting requirements.
• Lead and develop Credit team staff while supporting cross-functional partners, maintaining credit policies, and ensuring adherence to SOPs and internal controls.

What We Are Looking For

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in credit management, accounts receivable, or collections (construction/trades preferred) with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (construction ERP preferred), Airtable CRM, credit reporting tools, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and effective communicator with strong negotiation skills; professional certifications (e.g., NACM) a plus.

Preferred:

• Strong knowledge of construction lien laws (NC, SC, GA) and experience with lien platforms (e.g., LiensNC) preferred.
