What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be supporting U.S.-based customers with their checking and savings accounts. You'll provide solutions and deliver exceptional service through phone, chat, or video channels in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with financial inquiries with empathy and professionalism
• Resolve issues while navigating multiple systems
• Follow policies and guidelines to ensure service excellence
• Collaborate with your team and escalate complex concerns as needed

Qualifications:

• Completed at least 2nd year in college (without back subjects)
• Minimum of 1 year BPO experience
• Experience in banking/financial services is a plus (but not required)
• Willing to work onsite and in shifting schedules

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php47,000.00 per month
