Csr Team Leader

Job Description:

The CSR Team Leader is responsible for managing and guiding a team to achieve organizational objectives effectively. This role requires leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Management:
• Create a motivating team environment with open communication channels.
• Set clear, measurable team goals aligned with organizational objectives.
• Delegate responsibilities effectively, ensuring tasks are aligned with individual strengths.
• Operational Oversight:
• Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.
• Monitor team performance using data-driven metrics and prepare detailed reports for management.
• Performance & Development:
• Identify training needs, provide coaching, and support career development for team members.
• Regularly evaluate performance, providing constructive feedback and recognition for achievements.
• Conflict Resolution & Collaboration:
• Address team members' concerns promptly, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive team culture.
• Encourage innovation, creativity, and calculated risk-taking in achieving team goals.
• Strategic Activities:
• Organize team-building initiatives to strengthen collaboration and morale.
• Suggest improvements in processes to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Requirements and Skills:

• Experience:
• Proven track record as a team leader or supervisor in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance metrics and manage diverse teams.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with performance monitoring tools and operational software.
• Leadership Qualities:
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making abilities, with an aptitude for problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Organizational Skills:
• Exceptional time-management and multitasking capabilities to manage shifting priorities effectively.
• Strategic thinking with attention to detail and a focus on delivering results.
• Education:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
