About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven Customer Care and Sales Administrator to support the growth of The Air Station (TAS) Philippines. This hybrid role combines e-commerce operations, sales administration, and customer experience management for our Sleep Experience Room. The ideal candidate will manage our online store fronts, execute digital campaigns, support sales operations, and handle walk-in customers for sleep screening services. This role is suited for someone who is highly organised, digitally savvy, and enjoys both online commercial execution and direct customer interaction in a healthcare and wellness environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain TAS online store fronts (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and future platforms)
- Ensure product listings are accurate, updated, and optimised (images, pricing, descriptions, stock levels)
- Manage vouchers, promotions, bundles, and affiliate links across platforms
- Support planning and execution of online promotional campaigns
- Process customer orders, quotations, and fulfilment coordination
- Manage and execute email marketing (EDMs) flows such as welcome, cart abandonment, and post-purchase journeys
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers and patients professionally
- Conduct Product Demonstration for CPAP and BIPAP Devices for Walk-in customers
- Coordinate appointments and manage daily customer flow
- Prepares comprehensive bidding and post-qualification documentation for public tenders, ensuring strict adherence to government procurement guidelines
