• Approaching and welcoming customers within active retail environments• Starting natural, friendly conversations that introduce current offers and promotions• Explaining product or service benefits in a clear and accessible way• Asking the right questions to understand a customer’s needs before making recommendations• Supporting customers through the full digital registration process• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all onboarding steps are completed correctly• Monitoring personal performance against engagement and conversion goals

Earnings and Progression

The role offers a weekly pay structure with base earnings plus uncapped commission, allowing strong performers to increase their income through personal results. Take home earnings - $845 - $875 per week
