What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Customer Care: Respond to customer inquiries with a friendly, helpful attitude via email or phone, ensuring they have an amazing experience with our brand.
• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping so they arrive looking beautiful.
• Keep Things Organized: Help track incoming sales, update order statuses, and ensure our packing station stays tidy and stocked with supplies.
• Problem Solve: Help customers track missing packages or process straightforward returns/exchanges.
• Team Support: Collaborate with the team to note popular items or flag any stock patterns you see while fulfilling orders.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 per hour
