Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide timely, effective resolutions
- Handle sensitive situations with empathy, patience, and professionalism
- Accurately document customer interactions within CRM systems
- Maintain a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to support operational goals
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using CRM systems, web-based applications, and data entry tools
- Availability to work evening and weekend shifts aligned with EST hours
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote work environment
- Ability to successfully complete HIPAA certification and compliance training
