H&H Medical Supply is a leading provider of durable medical equipment, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to healthcare providers and patients. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Billing Specialist to join our growing remote team.
This position combines customer support, order processing, and billing responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable using QuickBooks and other business systems in a fast-paced environment.
ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and account inquiries.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Maintain a positive customer experience and build strong relationships.
Billing & Order Management
- Process orders, invoices, and payments accurately using QuickBooks and company systems.
- Prepare and send invoices in a timely manner.
- Review accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate customer and billing records.
- Assist with account reconciliations and reporting as needed.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service (healthcare or medical supply experience is an advantage).
- Experience using QuickBooks is required.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional work-from-home environment.
