Job Responsibilities:

Demonstrating Excellent Customer Service Standards:

• Be the friendly face of our studio, ensuring every member feels welcomed and valued.

Communicating with Members and Handling Inquiries/Complaints:

• Foster strong connections with our community by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with a smile.

Performing Check-In and Check-Out:

• Streamline the member experience by efficiently managing check-ins and check-outs, making each visit seamless.

Multi-Tasking with Customer Service & Sales:

• Embrace a dual role, engaging with members while actively contributing to sales goals.

Meeting Individual and Studio Sales Targets:

• Take pride in helping individuals achieve their fitness goals while contributing to the overall success of our studio.

Maintenance/Cleaning of Studio Assets:

• Play a key role in maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere for our members.

Stock Counts and Inventory Management:

• Keep our studio well-stocked by conducting regular counts of consumables, assets, and merchandise.

Additional Tasks:

• Embrace variety! Take on any other tasks that come your way, contributing to the overall success of the studio.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,400.00 per month
