PepTalk

Customer Success Coordinator

United States | Full-Time | Entry to Mid-Level

About PepTalk

PepTalk is an industry-leading SaaS platform focused on psychological health and safety in the construction industry. We help project teams stay safe, engaged, and perform at their best through real-time data insights and targeted interventions that tackle mental health risks on-site.

We work at the intersection of technology, people science, and construction and we're growing fast across the US. If you want to do work that genuinely matters, this is the place.

The Role

We're looking for a Customer Success Coordinator to join our US team. This is an early-career role designed for someone who is organised, people-focused, and eager to grow in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

You'll work closely with our Senior Customer Success Managers to support the delivery of PepTalk across large construction projects. Day to day, you'll help coordinate customer activity, track key milestones, support reporting, and make sure programmes run smoothly across multiple sites.

This role is a launchpad. You'll get real exposure to enterprise accounts, site environments, and the operational side of a scaling customer success team — with room to grow as we do.

What You'll Do

  • Support Senior CSMs in managing day-to-day customer activity across multiple construction projects
  • Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and milestone tracking across accounts
  • Assist with data collection, reporting, and preparing customer-facing materials
  • Help maintain internal documentation and customer records
  • Contribute to process improvements that make our team more efficient and consistent
  • Attend periodic site visits and customer events across the US (travel required, primarily domestic)
  • Be a reliable point of contact for customers on operational and logistical matters

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years' experience in customer success, account management, project coordination, HR, L&D, or a related field
  • Strong organisational skills — you track things, follow through, and keep people informed
  • Clear communicator, written and verbal — comfortable with clients and internal teams
  • Comfortable learning new technology quickly; SaaS experience is a plus
  • A practical problem-solver who likes structure but can adapt when things shift
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Valid US driver's licence required
  • Experience in the construction industry is a bonus, not a requirement
  • Background in health & safety is advantageous but not essential

What Matters to Us

We're a straight-talking team that genuinely cares about people — our customers, their crews, and each other. A few things you should know:

  • We tell it like it is. Honest conversations make for better decisions.
  • We believe change is possible and accessible for individuals and whole organisations.
  • We take the work seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. Work should be challenging and fun.
  • We're Human-to-Human (H2H) not B2B, not B2C. Real relationships matter here.
  • We debate a lot. It's where the best ideas come from.

Compensation & Location

  • Location: US-based (open to multiple locations; preference for candidates in or near major construction markets)
  • Salary range: $50,000–$65,000 depending on experience
  • Travel: Periodic domestic site visits and events; some international travel possible
  • Right to work in the United States required

How to Apply

Send us your CV and a cover letter. Please don't send a generic letter take a few minutes to read about us, think about why this role fits where you are right now, and be honest about the gaps. That's what we're looking for.

Include your salary expectations and confirmation that you have the right to work in the United States.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
