Customer Success Manager

About The role:

Customer Success Manager will drive the achievement of our sales targets in Norway, as well as in additional regions. This position requires excellent communication and sales skills, along with an in-depth understanding of Enghouse Locus products, particularly those tailored to the public safety sector (including Police, Fire Brigades, and Healthcare). This is a hybrid role, and the person will be required to visit clients.

Key Responsibilities:


Realizing Sales Plans

  • Execute sales plans to meet or exceed company targets.
  • Identify new markets and customer needs to expand market reach.

Build and Maintain Client Relationships

  • Establish long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients.

Monitor and Analyze Sales Metrics

  • Analyze sales data to track progress, forecast future sales, and identify trends.
  • Adjust sales execution based on sales performance data.

Negotiate Contracts and Close Deals

  • Lead contract negotiations and manage high-value deal closures.
  • Ensure that terms align with the company’s financial and operational goals

Collaborate with Other Departments

  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support to align efforts.
  • Provide market feedback to help improve product offerings and customer experience.PSales


Reports and Forecasts

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, including forecasting and budgeting.
  • Keeping the CRM system (SalesForce) up-to-date
  • Ensuring invoicing and collection process

Stay Informed on Industry Trends

  • Keep up with industry developments, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Adapt sales execution to changing market dynamics.

Ensure Customer Satisfaction

  • Oversee the aftersales process and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Address any issues promptly to maintain strong customer relationships and loyalty.


Qualifications:


  • Having affinity and domain knowledge of the public safety vertical
  • Proven experience in sales process and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Enghouse Telexis products and services (training will be provided).
  • Excellent in using CRM tools
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
