OMSCHRIJVING VAN DEZE BAAN

De procedure valt uiteen in twee delen:

• Meedingen naar een Opdracht (Offerteprocedure): Gekwalificeerde inschrijvers worden uitgenodigd om te reageren op Offerteaanvragen van ZIN.

MINIMUMVEREISTEN

• Ingevuld Uniform Europees Aanbestedingsdocument (rechtsgeldig ondertekend).
• Gedragsverklaring Aanbesteden of equivalent hiervan (niet ouder dan 2 jaar).
• Kopie uittreksel uit de Kamer van Koophandel (KvK) of equivalent (niet ouder dan 6 maanden).
• Bewijs verzekering bedrijfs- of beroepsaansprakelijkheid.

• Ervaring met zorg gerelateerde onderzoeken.
• Inzicht in de wettelijke taken van Zorginstituut Nederland.
