A day in your life as a Data and Real-Time Analyst:

Real-Time

• Monitoring queue level performance and variance to forecast in real-time
• Reporting any significant variations from forecast to Operations
• Providing recommendations for addressing and responding to variations from the forecast
• Monitoring agent level schedule adherence
• Reporting any significant adherence to Operations and WFM Management in a proactive and in urgent manner
• Analyzing variations to forecast and project impact for the remainder of the day
• Compiling and submitting intraday reports with accuracy and timelines as well as proactive recommendations for actions
• Updating schedules with real-time attendance and exceptions

Data:

• Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations that summarize findings and support decision-making
• Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Conduct thorough data analysis using statistical tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses as needed to answer business questions or solve specific problems.

What do you bring in table?

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in any course, preferably in Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience working with data and 1 year of RTA experience
• Preferably has experience working in a small to medium-scale business and in big companies
• Great knowledge of basic and advanced Excel/Google sheet formulas
• Proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R)
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Amenable to working on a Graveyard shift
• Willing to work onsite (Cubao, QC)
• High level of attention to detail
• Good analytical skills including root cause analysis
• Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of management, both written and verbal
• Strong proactive decision-making skills
• Ability to read trends and project those trends into future forecasts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
