Deckhand - J-Class - Racing/Private Cruising

A J Class SY is seeking an experienced sailor and Deckhand. This is a private, dual season program and runs within a fleet of two other yachts.

This is not a green deck position and they are looking for candidates who have a min 2 seasons experience and some good sailing experience.

The deck runs with a team of 3 and will be a hands on role. They are currently in the UK and due to cross the USA where they will be based for the summer. They will mostly be cruising out of Newport, Marthas Vineyard and Nantucket followed with a winter in the Caribbean.

Qualifications required: Ideally Yacht Master Offshore, B1/B2

Itinerary: USA- Caribbean

Male/female: Male DTCA

Start date and joining location: July, UK or US east coast depending on availability.
