What You’ll Be Doing

• Greeting and dismissing patients
• Managing phone, email, and text communication
• Productive scheduling and appointment coordination
• Recall and patient follow-up management
• Supporting the administrative needs of the office
• Working full-time hours, including a couple of evenings

What We’re Looking For

• Previous dental reception experience preferred (Abeldent experience is an asset)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Friendly, reliable, and eager to learn
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
