Dental Scheduling Coordinator

Scheduling Assistant – $22/hour (Full-Time) - bilingual required!

• Fluent in Creole (required)

Next Dental is a fast-growing dental group serving South Florida, with recent expansion into Broward County. We are looking for a full-time Scheduling Assistant to join our team in our Broward office. This is a starter role with the opportunity to grow into other positions and build a stable, long-term career in dentistry.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and schedule patient appointments efficiently
• Confirm appointments, manage cancellations, and reschedules
• Communicate with patients regarding insurance, paperwork, and reminders
• Coordinate scheduling across multiple office locations
• Support the front desk team with administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Fluent in Creole (required)
• Full-time availability
• Must have dental experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency
• Previous dental/medical office experience preferred but not required
