What you'll do:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that support business growth and brand awareness.
• Manage SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise marketing activities using analytics and data insights.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and technology teams to deliver engaging digital campaigns.
• Manage content planning, website marketing, and online customer engagement initiatives.
• Oversee digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient campaign spending.
• Identify new digital trends, technologies, and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• Prepare marketing reports and present campaign performance recommendations.
• Lead, mentor, and support the digital marketing team while encouraging innovation and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Experience in digital marketing, online advertising, brand management, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
• Previous management or team leadership experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, email marketing, and digital analytics.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
• Experience managing multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
