Duties

• Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure proper storage of clean items
• Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to support smooth food service operations
• Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic ingredient handling and station setup
• Help with catering and banquet setups by providing clean dishware and assisting with cleanup afterward
• Follow all food handling and safety procedures to prevent contamination or accidents
• Maintain a tidy work environment by adhering to cleaning schedules and sanitation standards

Skills

• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards

• Basic knowledge of food service operations and kitchen procedures
