Dispensary Budtender

What You’ll Do

• Help customers navigate products confidently and comfortably
• Educate guests on flower, concentrates, vapes, edibles, and newer products hitting the market
• Create a welcoming environment for both seasoned consumers and first-time shoppers
• Keep the sales floor moving while maintaining a personalized customer experience
• Follow all compliance, ID verification, and cash handling procedures
• Support inventory, restocks, merchandising, and daily shop upkeep
• Stay current on products, terpene profiles, effects, and industry trends
• Contribute ideas and feedback — because employee input actually matters here

What We’re Looking For

• Cannabis dispensary, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Passion for cannabis culture and ongoing product education
• Strong communication skills and a people-first attitude
• Ability to multitask without losing attention to detail
• Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented
• Comfortable in a high-energy retail environment
• Must meet all state requirements for cannabis employment

Pay: From $15.05 per hour
