Dual Sales Manager

The Home2 Suites and SpringHill Suites located on Hilton Head Island is looking for a high-energy Sales Manager!

In this role you will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

• The sales and revenue generation for segments assigned by the General Manager
• Maintaining compliance and remaining up to date on new sales initiatives
• Maintain positive relationships with the management company, property owners, and clients.

• Support guest experience and satisfaction in all operations.
• Act as the face of the property by being actively involved in the local community.
• Research and prospect leads assigned.

• Prospect to set appointments/joint appointments/tours.
• Proactive sales efforts on new and existing accounts as assigned by the General Manager
• Set-up/maintain group block on group/function schedules.
• Other duties as assigned by the General Manager

The Sales Manager is crucial to the team to maintain a strong community presence for the property, it's Management Group, and it's Ownership.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
