Your future role

We are seeking an accomplished and passionate Environment, Health & Safety professional with a strong commitment to excellence, ready to step into a highly rewarding and impactful role. Join our team as the EHS Coordinator based at our Ballarat site, on the Xtrapolis 2.0 project where you will play a pivotal role in fostering a safe and thriving workplace.


We’ll look to you for:


  • Supporting the project leadership team in creating and driving a 'safety first' culture
  • Assisting in the delivery and review of the EHS & Rail Safety management plans for the project
  • Conduct early intervention and end-to-end injury management for workers’ compensation claims
  • Conducting incident investigation and auditing
  • Managing project EHS documentation and compliance
  • Preparing statistical reporting for internal and external stakeholders

  • Cert IV or Diploma in Workplace, Health & Safety
  • Experience in injury managment
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within Rail, Construction, Heavy Industry or a 'high-risk' environment
  • Initiative, drive and resilience, with the ability to influence people at all levels within the project
  • A sound knowledge of safe working systems, legislation, rules and procedures
