Job Description - Electrical Supervisor (Construction / Infrastructure)
This role is typically site-based on major projects in Sydney.
Core responsibilities
Supervise electrical works on-site
Manage electricians, subcontractors, and daily site activities
Ensure safety compliance
Follow strict WHS (Work Health & Safety) standards
Conduct toolbox talks and risk assessments
Project coordination
Work with project engineers, managers, and planners
Help deliver work on time and within budget
Quality control
Ensure installations meet specifications and standards
Planning & reporting
Track progress, prepare reports, manage schedules (e.g. short-term lookahead plans)
Materials & logistics
Order and manage electrical materials and equipment
Documentation
Maintain drawings, permits, and site records.
Pay: $12,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month
