QUALIFICATIONS:

- College graduate of any Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related course

- Knowledgeable in Warehouse Management System (WMS)

- Experience in inventory control and warehouse operations is an advantage

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

- Detail-oriented and analytical

- Can work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Physically fit and willing to work in a warehouse environment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Maintain 100% WMS Inventory Record Accuracy

- Monitor receiving, put-away, replenishment, and stock movement activities

- Prepare Inventory Valuation and Aging Reports

- Monitor FEFO compliance and product defects

- Conduct batch traceability and mock recall activities

- Analyze inventory violations and implement corrective actions

- Ensure timely posting of deliveries and inventory transactions

DETAILS:

- 705/day
