Equipment Planning Assistant (Pasir Panjang)

Job Duties:

Your primary role is to support the smooth and efficient operations of workshop maintenance through the coordination of equipment servicing schedules and the upkeep of accurate maintenance and operational records.

This includes managing and updating maintenance-related documentation, overseeing tyre-related matters, supporting procurement and payment processes, and tracking fleet status for operational reporting. You will also monitor preventive maintenance activities, update servicing statuses, and ensure timely follow-up on maintenance requirements across terminals. You will coordinate and track outsourcing arrangements, support accident repair processes, and prepare relevant cost and performance reports. You will liaise with internal stakeholders to facilitate timely servicing and contribute to accurate visibility of fleet availability and maintenance performance. In addition, you are required to perform other duties determined by the organization.

Requirements:

• NITEC or minimum 3 ‘O’ level credits
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word
• Good organizational and coordination skills
