Estimator & Sales Operations Specialist |

Rate: $5.50

Working Hours | Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM PHT)

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Estimator & Sales Operations Specialist to support a growing roofing and exterior services company based in the United States.

We are looking for the following specific requirements

  • At least 3+ years of experience in sales, estimating, or sales operations support
  • Experience using CRM systems (AccuLynx preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for KPI tracking and reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (text, email, and phone)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze data and track performance metrics
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
  • Capacity and commitment to work full-time (40 hours/week) following CST timezone

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Prepare and support roofing estimates including materials, scope, and pricing
  • Manage the full sales cycle via SMS, email, and phone communication
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions
  • Qualify, nurture, and follow up on inbound and outbound leads
  • Input and manage all leads and opportunities in AccuLynx CRM
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and job records
  • Track deal stages and ensure smooth pipeline progression
  • Ensure no leads or opportunities are missed or untracked
  • Update and maintain KPI dashboards and sales performance reports
  • Track key metrics such as conversion rates, close rates, and pipeline value
  • Provide regular performance updates and insights to leadership
  • Audit sales calls for quality, consistency, and effectiveness
  • Identify gaps and recommend improvements based on call audits
  • Manage inboxes including filtering, flagging, and drafting responses
  • Maintain calendars, scheduling, and reminders for leadership
  • Prepare meeting agendas and summaries
  • Conduct regular audits of open jobs to ensure data accuracy and completeness
