Event Driver & Team Leader (Event-Based / Seasonal)

The Blink Group is a leading events company delivering high-quality live experiences and brand activations. We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Driver & Team Leader to support our event operations.

Role Overview
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with experience in the events industry. You will be responsible for transporting equipment, leading on-site teams, and overseeing event setup and breakdown to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport event equipment to and from venues
• Lead and coordinate on-site teams during event setup and breakdown
• Oversee loading and unloading of equipment
• Ensure all setups are completed to a high standard and on schedule
• Act as a point of contact between crew and management
• Maintain equipment care and organization

Requirements

• Full, clean driving licence (essential)
• Previous experience in the events industry
• Proven experience in a team leader or supervisory role
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
