Execution Manager – Oceania L&S:
To drive stable performance of Oceania Service Delivery team by leading the teams and team leaders who looks after L&S operations, financial operations, and customs services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall responsible for the Oceania Service Delivery execution of 4 team leaders and 40 team members
- Drive timely and accurate registration of jobs, invoicing, on time payments to vendors, and accurate reporting on profitability
- Lead the Oceania team’s direction setting (annual KPIs and targets), performance management, and standard process execution
- Work closely with Area Operations Management and GSC (Global Service Centres) teams to improve efficiencies and reduce our cost and revenue leakages
- Work with other GSC leaders for best practice and knowledge sharing to improve on efficiencies through collaboration
- Regularly participate and take necessary calls or discussions with Area partners to address structural performance gaps
- Ensure process compliance between colleagues in the frontline and GSC teams to foster better collaboration
- Identify gaps in different Oceania process and establish performance projects with rigorous follow-up and status reporting to Area Operations
- Lead team through significant changes, adapting to new systems and processes which involves training, managing resistance to change, and ensuring that the team is effectively utilizing new functionalities in accordance with global standards
- Focus on exception management, strategic improvements and performance monitoring, using data insight tools
- Build a high performing engaged team that consistently seeks opportunities for Continuous Improvement
- Identify, attract, and retain talents and equip them with an ambitious learning plan; offering constant opportunities to practice innovation and change leadership

Required Experience and Qualifications:
- With bachelor’s degree or higher
- 10 years of relevant experience and at least 3 years of leadership experience

- Ability to challenge status quo, identify opportunities and drive improvements and deliver results.
- Strong communication skills
