We are a leading luxury home builder specializing in high-end custom homes, and we are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant/ Office Manager to support our leadership team and help drive operational excellence.

We design and build bespoke luxury homes with exceptional attention to detail, craftsmanship, and client experience. Our projects demand precision, discretion, and professionalism at every stage. We also own a portfolio of multi-family units that require coordination and communication.

The Role

As Executive Assistant and Office Manager, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the President of KMH. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic work environment by managing schedules, coordinating projects, overseeing property management and ensuring smooth office functioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate communication between clients, architects, suppliers, and site teams
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation
  • Assist with quotes, purchase orders and contract administration
  • Track project milestones and follow up on action items
  • Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information
  • Support office management and operational processes
  • Attend meetings and take detailed minutes when required
  • Oversee property management coordination for all rental buildings, including maintenance scheduling, contractor liaison, and tenant support.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant and/or Office manager (construction or property sector preferred)
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette.
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
