Expansion Specialist

* Scout and recommend good locations for new branches.

* Help plan the branch setup, including the store layout and overall look.

* Oversee the opening and initial operations of new branches.

* Manage the branch during its dry run (around 1–3 months, or until operations are running smoothly).

* Make sure systems, staff, and daily operations are in place before turning the branch over to the regular team.

* Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure a successful branch opening.

Qualifications:

* Experience in retail, food business, or branch operations is an advantage.

* Good planning and problem-solving skills.

* Willing to travel for site visits and branch openings.

* Can work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Pay: Php600.00 - Php700.00 per day
