Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages efficiently during high-volume periods, maintaining quality standards.
• Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic math calculations to ensure precise transactions.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote sales opportunities.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down bar areas for events like banquets or catering functions.
• Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, adhering to all legal regulations and company policies on serving alcohol.

Experience

• Proven experience as a bartender in high-volume settings such as nightclubs, restaurants, or large events.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and beverage service protocols.
• Experience working in fine dining environments or banquet settings is advantageous.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Background in retail math, hospitality, or food industry roles that require quick calculations and cash handling.
