Experienced Dog Groomer — Full-Time

About the role

Wagging Tails Pet Resort is a busy, highly rated grooming, daycare, and boarding shop in Tempe. We're looking for an experienced full-time groomer to join our team.

This is a great fit for a skilled groomer who wants a steady full-time schedule, a supportive team, and a clientele that genuinely loves their dogs. You'll be stepping into a shop that takes grooming seriously — breed standards, safety, coat care, and the whole experience.

What you'll do

• Full grooms, bath & brush services, and breed-specific cuts across all sizes and coat types
• Communicate clearly with clients and teammates about pet needs, coat condition, and temperament
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and flag concerns proactively

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of professional grooming experience (required)
• Comfort with all breeds, sizes, and temperaments
• Solid knowledge of breed-specific cuts and grooming standards
• Friendly, professional, and a genuine team player
• Dependable and consistent
• A real love for dogs (the kind that shows up in the work)
