We are seeking experienced Flat Roofers, Zinc Roofers, and Cladders who can work independently, take initiative, and confidently oversee teams on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out high-quality roofing and cladding installations
• Work with flat roofing systems, zinc roofing, and external cladding
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Lead and supervise a team of operatives on-site
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to industry standards
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment
• Communicate effectively with management and clients when required

Requirements

• Proven experience in flat roofing, zinc roofing, or cladding
• Ability to work on your own initiative and manage workloads efficiently
• Experience supervising or leading a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Full, clean driving licence (preferred)
• Good understanding of health & safety practices
