Experienced Server Pt (Fri, Sat, Sun)

Our servers play an extremely important role in delivering the EWP experience to our guests. They are responsible for greeting guests, taking food and drink orders, educating our guests on our wine and the EWP story, making drinks, delivering food and drinks, handling payment, resetting tables and side work.

Server Responsibilities:

• Assisting with opening and closing duties to set one another up for success.
• Greeting and seating guests.
• Taking food and drink orders and accurately entering them into the system.
• Communicating any food allergy or special nutritional needs to the culinary team.
• Basic bartending to include preparing drinks and pouring beer and wine to order.
• Educating our guests on the EWP story and our wine.
• Making wine recommendations, upselling bottles.
• Making food recommendations and being knowledgeable about our menu.
• Providing attentive service to guests, offering additional beverages prior to a guest’s glass being empty and checking in throughout the meal.
• Promptly addressing any guest service issues and involving the Leadership Team if and when necessary.
• Running food.
• Processing payment.
• Pre-bussing and performing cleaning duties such as clearing glasses and plates and resetting tables.
• Completing the Opening, Ongoing and Closing Side Work checklists daily.

Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have at least 1 year serving experience in a full-service restaurant.
Every server will need to be or become RAMP certified.

Non-seasonal.

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00+ per hour pooled tip share

Availability: Friday PM, Saturday PM and Sunday daytime 10:30am - 4:30pm.
Flexible schedule, 2 shifts a week. Schedule is posted 2 weeks in advance.
No late night shifts, latest is 11:30pm.
