We’re seeking a kind, skilled, and dependable Support Worker with experience in disability and mental health to assist clients in maintaining independence, dignity, and daily well-being.

This is a meaningful role for someone who genuinely enjoys supporting others, values connection, and takes pride in providing high-quality, person-centred care.

About the Role

• You’ll be working closely with our client to provide support both at home and in the community. Tasks may include:
• Meal preparation and light household assistance
• Transport and support to appointments or community activities
• Personal care assistance (delivered with sensitivity and respect)
• Encouraging independence and confidence in daily routines
• Building a warm, trusting, and supportive relationship

We’re Looking for Someone Who Is

• Experienced in disability and/or mental health support (aged care experience also highly regarded)
• Warm, respectful, and compassionate in approach
• Reliable and committed to providing consistent, high-quality care
• Confident in supporting personal care and daily living tasks
• A good communicator who values dignity, choice, and inclusion

Requirements

• Current Driver’s Licence & reliable vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Relevant qualifications in Disability, Mental Health, Aged Care, Individual Support, or similar (preferred)
