Export Supervisor

We are looking for a Export Supervisor to oversee and manage end-to-end export brokerage operations, ensuring accurate documentation, smooth customs clearance, and full compliance with export regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily export brokerage operations and ensure timely processing of shipments
• Review and ensure accuracy of export documents (invoices, packing lists, permits, declarations)
• Ensure compliance with customs rules, trade regulations, and company standards
• Coordinate with clients, shipping lines, airlines, and government agencies
• Monitor shipment status and resolve export-related issues or delays
• Lead and guide export staff, assign workloads, and monitor performance
• Prepare operational reports and support audit requirements
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and compliance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Licensed Customs Broker is an advantage (or required depending on company policy)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in export brokerage or freight forwarding
• At least 1–2 years supervisory experience in logistics or brokerage operations

• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office and customs-related systems
