We are seeking dependable, hardworking, and service-oriented individuals to join our Facilities Department. Our team plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe, organized, and welcoming environment for students, families, staff, church members, and guests.

Position Overview

Facilities Team Members are responsible for the cleanliness, appearance, setup, and operational readiness of Academy and Church facilities. Team members may be assigned to different areas of campus based on departmental needs and operational priorities.

Essential Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain classrooms, offices, hallways, bathrooms, and common areas
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and maintain floors and carpets
• Empty trash and recycling containers
• Assist with room setups, breakdowns, and event transitions
• Maintain entrances, lobbies, and exterior walkways
• Support church services and academy events
• Assist with classroom and ministry space transitions
• Respond to facility-related requests and operational needs
• Perform deep cleaning and detailed maintenance projects
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming campus environment

Pay rate:

Starting base pay:

• $14.50 per hour
• $15.00 per hour after 90 days evaluation will depend on performance and schedule responsibility shown.

Available Shifts

Mid-Day Shift

11:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Evening Shift

4:00 PM – 10:30 PM

5:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Work Schedule

• Employees work five scheduled days per week
• Schedules operate on a rotating basis
• Weekend coverage is included as part of the regular schedule
• Team members may be scheduled to work either Saturday or Sunday depending on the assigned rotation
• Days off rotate to ensure fair distribution of weekend responsibilities among all team members

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and servant-hearted mindset
• Ability to lift, move, and set up tables, chairs, and equipment as needed
• Ability to perform custodial duties for extended periods
• Previous custodial, facilities, maintenance, or setup experience is preferred but not required
