Facilities Maintenance Director

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Facility Maintenance Director to lead our facility management operations with energy, precision, and strategic vision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency. Your leadership will ensure that all mechanical, electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and high/low voltage systems run smoothly and reliably. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader passionate about maintenance and facilities management to make a significant impact.

Duties

  • Boiler Operations
  • Oversee troubleshooting, repair, and replacement facility items.
  • Manage projects related to facility upgrades, equipment installation, or system upgrades with strong project management skills.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and ensure compliance and upkeep
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan maintenance schedules that minimize production downtime while maintaining safety standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, asset histories, and compliance documentation in accordance with industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven management experience in facilities management or industrial maintenance environments with supervisory responsibilities.
  • 1C Boilers License
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, schematics interpretation, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes and safety regulations related to facilities operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail; proactive problem-solving skills. Pay: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour
