Facilities Management Executive (Fme)

1. Site Operations & Service Delivery

• Act as a key frontline officer responding to site and employer representatives.

• Ensure all maintenance works and services are carried out in accordance with contract specifications and service standards.

• Supervise contractors and service providers to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of works.

• Conduct routine site inspections and follow up on rectification works.

2. Planning & Coordination

• Assist the FM in planning and programming preventive and corrective maintenance works.

• Support schedule planning and implementation of Improvement Works in coordination with the Project Manager (PM).

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption to site operations.

3. Supervision & Technical Support

• Support the SFM/FM in site supervision and operational oversight.

• Provide technical input, particularly for M&E-related matters (where applicable).

• Monitor compliance with safety, statutory, and regulatory requirements.

4. Measurement, Records & Reporting

• Conduct site measurements and maintain accurate records of works performed.

• Prepare and submit reports, checklists, and documentation as required under the contract.

• Upload and manage field data within centralised management systems.

• Maintain proper documentation for audits, KPIs, and performance tracking.

5. Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with employer representatives, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

• Address site feedback, follow up on outstanding issues, and ensure timely resolution.

• Support presentations and reporting to clients where required.
